Gene expression in total sexual mycelium and perithecia of Sordaria macrospora

The aim of this analysis was to analyze gene expression in developing fruiting bodies (perithecia) of the filamentous ascomycete Sordaria macrospora, and to identify genes that are differentially regulated in the three developmental mutants delta-spt3, delta-asm2, and delta-asm3. Overall design: Two independent biological replicates were performed and sequenced for each sample.
