Experimental in vitro fermentation of lentils

In this study an experimental in vitro fermentation of lentils was carried out. Feces from childen from different groups (Lean, Obese, Celiac and milk allergic) were used as inoculum. A stabilization procedure was applied to determine its efficacy before fermentation.

本研究开展了小扁豆（Lentils）的体外发酵实验。本研究采用来自不同组别儿童（瘦体型、肥胖、乳糜泻及牛奶过敏人群）的粪便作为接种物（inoculum）。发酵前通过稳定化处理流程对其效能进行测定。
