RNA-seq of YB5 cells treated with Proscillaridin A. Homo sapiens

RNA-seq was performed after YB5 cells were treated with DAC, Proscillaridin A, or the combinatino of the two Overall design: Biological triplicates were performed for a total of 12 samples. Fold change of each gene was calculated by comparing change in expression after inhibitor treatment to expression in the control samples本研究对YB5细胞经地西他滨（DAC）、海葱苷A（Proscillaridin A）或二者联合处理后，开展了RNA测序（RNA-seq）实验。实验总体设计：共计12个样本，所有样本均设置三次生物学重复。每个基因的表达倍数变化，通过对比抑制剂处理后的基因表达水平与对照组样本的表达水平计算得出。
