Near infrared spectroscopic mapping of articular cartilage

Near infrared (NIR) spectral data performed in the full NIR range 12500 – 4000 cm−1 using a Bruker multi-purpose analyzer (MPA) FT (Fourier Transform) NIR spectrometer (Bruker Optics, Germany) fitted with a diffuse reflectance fibre optic probe with 5 mm diameter window. Instrument trigger and data acquisition was controlled via OPUS 6.5 software (Bruker Optics, Germany). Spectral analyses were performed using OPUS Quant2 software (Bruker Optics, Germany).

本数据集的近红外（Near Infrared, NIR）光谱数据采集于12500~4000 cm⁻¹的全近红外波段，所用设备为德国布鲁克光学（Bruker Optics）公司的布鲁克多用途分析仪（MPA）傅里叶变换（Fourier Transform, FT）近红外光谱仪，该仪器搭载直径为5 mm的漫反射光纤探头。仪器触发及数据采集流程通过OPUS 6.5软件（德国布鲁克光学公司）控制，光谱分析工作则借助OPUS Quant2软件（德国布鲁克光学公司）完成。
