Rotterdam Artery-vein Segmentation Dataset

Dataset of color fundus images annotated at the Department of Ophthalmology, Erasmus MC, Rotterdam with semi-manual artery-vein segmentations. Segmentations were acquired by manual refinement of outputs from a vessel segmentation model trained on publicly-available datasets followed by coloring of the artery and vein trees in an overlapping manner. Annotations were checked for correct connectivity of artery and vein trees.

本数据集由鹿特丹伊拉斯姆斯医学中心（Erasmus MC）眼科部标注，包含彩色眼底图像及半自动动静脉分割标注。该分割标注的生成流程为：先使用在公开数据集上训练的血管分割模型生成初始分割结果，再通过人工对初始结果进行精修，随后以重叠着色的方式分别对动脉血管树与静脉血管树进行着色区分。所有标注均已核查动脉血管树与静脉血管树的连通性是否正确。
