Drafts of regulatory (regulatory) acts to be discussed

The set contains drafts of normative legal acts (resolutions, regulations, instructions, rules) developed by the National Bank of Ukraine and are subject to publication to receive comments and suggestions from interested parties. The entry in each row of the table is a separate draft of the normative legal act and contains, in particular, the type, name, date of publication, the name and the Idenifier of the publisher, the link on the Internet to the text of the draft of the normative legal act, the analysis of regulatory influence, the explanatory note and the comparative table to the draft of the normative legal act.

本数据集收录乌克兰国家银行（National Bank of Ukraine）制定的规范性法律文件草案，涵盖决议、规章、指令、规则等类型，此类草案需对外公开发布以征求利益相关方的评论与建议。表格的每一行均对应一份独立的规范性法律文件草案，具体包含以下信息：文件类型、文件名称、发布日期、发布机构名称与标识符、该规范性法律文件草案文本的互联网链接、监管影响分析、说明性注释，以及针对该草案的对比表格。
