This dataset comprises 48 wild type and 48 CSF1R KO samples from eight rat tissues: 6 brain regions (cerebellum, cortex, hippocampus, hypothalamus, olfactory bulb, striatum), the pituitary gland, and liver.This represents 6 replicates per condition (wild type or KO) per tissue with 3 male and 3 female samples for each condition and tissue.All libraries were 100 base pairs paired-end mRNA-seq, generated by the IMB Sequencing Facility, University of Queensland and sequenced at a depth typically > 10 million reads using an Illumina NovaSeq 6000 sequencing system with NovaSeq S1 flow cell, following the Illumina TruSeq Stranded mRNA (polyA-selected) library preparation protocol.

本数据集涵盖48份野生型(wild type)与48份CSF1R敲除(CSF1R KO)样本,取材自8类大鼠组织:6个脑区(小脑、大脑皮层、海马体、下丘脑、嗅球、纹状体)、垂体及肝脏。每个组织的每个实验组(野生型或敲除组)均设置6个生物学重复,且每组均包含3只雄性与3只雌性样本。所有文库均为100碱基对双端mRNA测序(mRNA-seq)文库,由昆士兰大学分子生物科学研究所(IMB)测序平台构建,采用Illumina NovaSeq 6000测序系统搭配NovaSeq S1流动槽进行测序,测序深度通常不低于1000万条reads,实验流程严格遵循Illumina TruSeq链特异性mRNA(polyA富集)文库制备协议。
