We previously submitted the raw data files of lncRNAs and circRNAs originating from tea leaves infected and uninfected by Didymella segeticola strain CGMCC3.20152 (namely strain GZSQ-4) (Bioproject: PRJNA689791). The sequence of lncRNAs and circRNAs were conducted using the methods of constructing cDNA library after rRNA depletion and the platform of Illumina Hiseq4000. However, the researchers difficultly retrieve the data of lncRNAs or circRNAs from raw data files (PRJNA689791). The files of merge. fa about transcript_expression of IncRNA and transcript_expression of circRNAs would contribute to the utilization of data for the researchers in the future. So, we supplemented the sequence files of circRNAs and lncRNAs (file type: merge. fa) in this submission.
我们此前已提交受茄病壳二孢(Didymella segeticola)菌株CGMCC3.20152(即GZSQ-4菌株)侵染与未侵染的茶树叶片来源的长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA, lncRNA)及环状RNA(circular RNA, circRNA)原始数据文件(生物项目号:PRJNA689791)。上述lncRNA与circRNA的测序工作采用核糖体RNA(ribosomal RNA, rRNA)去除后构建cDNA文库的方法,并依托Illumina Hiseq4000测序平台完成。但后续研究人员难以从该生物项目号PRJNA689791的原始数据文件中检索到有效lncRNA与circRNA数据。本研究中用于lncRNA与circRNA转录本表达分析的merge.fa文件,可为未来相关研究人员的数据利用提供助力。因此,本次提交我们补充了该测序得到的circRNA与lncRNA序列文件(文件格式:merge.fa)。
