IODP Expedition 341, Hole U1421A - Well Logging Data

Logging data are measurements of physical properties of the formation surrounding a borehole, acquired in situ after completion of coring (wireline logging) or during drilling (Logging-While-Drilling, LWD). The range of data (resistivity, gamma radiation, velocity, density, borehole images,…) in any hole depends on the scientific objectives and operational constraints.

测井数据是对井眼周围地层物理性质的原位测量值，其采集方式分为两种：一是在取心作业完成后开展的电缆测井（wireline logging），二是在钻井过程中开展的随钻测井（Logging-While-Drilling, LWD）。单口井所采集的测井数据类型（涵盖电阻率、伽马辐射、声速、密度、井眼成像等）取决于其科学目标与作业约束条件。
