Quite breezy in open areas at times. Mainly Common Pips with one or two Sopranos and a nyctalus, probably Leislers. No confirmed Barbstelles at this location although we thought we had a pair of Barbies fly past at 22:21, observed flying about waist height from the northern ride and departing down the southern ride. On analysis looks like BLE's, sweeping 50-25kHz with some second harmonic. Area at the junction quite open so not likely to be Barbastelle clutter type calls. The Tascam was located about a 100yards down the ride to the south and did not pick up the 35kHz bat at all.

本次调查点位位于卢顿（Luton），观测时段为当日21:50（晚9:50），现场气温12℃，相对湿度77%，大气压强1008百帕，风速6.7m/s，风向西西南（WSW），天气为晴朗伴少量云，地理坐标为51.798956, -0.145018。

调查营地设于潘尚格森林针叶林片区内两条主骑行道与一条次要骑行道的交汇处，现场开阔区域偶有阵风。本次调查记录的蝙蝠类群以普通伏翼（Common Pips）为主，另有1-2只高音伏翼（Sopranos）及1只疑似莱氏伏翼（Leislers）的棕蝠属（Nyctalus）个体。

本次点位未确认到山蝠（Barbastelle）的有效观测记录，但调查人员于22:21疑似观测到一对山蝠从北侧骑行道的腰高位置飞过，随后沿南侧骑行道离去。经声学分析，该疑似叫声为50-25kHz扫频信号，伴随部分二次谐波，疑似为山蝠类叫声（BLE's）。该交汇区域较为开阔，不符合山蝠典型的杂波环境型叫声特征。本次使用的达斯坎（Tascam）录音机设于南侧骑行道下方约100码处，未捕捉到该35kHz的蝙蝠叫声。
