ICL002: Time course of Calu-3 cells infected with Influenza A/VN/1203/04

Purpose of experiment was to perform transcriptomics on Calu- 3 cells infected with Influenza A/VN/1203/04. Calu-3 cells were infected with Influenza A/VN/1203/04, at MOI of 1.0. Cells samples were collected at 0, 3, 7, 12, 18, and 24 h post infection. Each infected sample was done in duplicate. (Duplicates are defined as 2 different wells, plated at the same time using the same cell stock for all replicates.)There is one time-matched mock for each time point from the same cell stock as rest of samples. 本实验旨在对感染甲型流感病毒A/VN/1203/04（Influenza A/VN/1203/04）的Calu-3细胞开展转录组学（transcriptomics）分析。实验以感染复数（Multiplicity of Infection, MOI）1.0的剂量感染Calu-3细胞，并分别于感染后0、3、7、12、18及24小时收集细胞样本。每份感染组样本均设置2个复孔，复孔定义为：采用同一批细胞储备液铺板、同步培养的不同孔位。每个时间点均设置与之时间匹配的空白对照，对照样本与其余实验组使用同一批细胞储备液制备；模拟感染采用与病毒储存液成分一致的细胞培养液。本研究由美国国家过敏和传染病研究所（National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, NIAID）系统病毒学中心完成。
