RNA-Seq analysis of drol1 suppressors

The Arabidopsis drol1 mutant has a defect in splicing of introns with AT-AC ends. We isolated suppressors that suppress the drol1 phenotype and comprehensively analyzed the splicing patterns of the suppressors using RNA-Seq.

拟南芥（Arabidopsis）drol1突变体存在AT-AC型内含子的剪接缺陷。我们成功分离得到了可抑制drol1突变体表型的抑制子，并通过RNA测序（RNA-Seq）技术对这些抑制子的剪接模式开展了全面分析。
