面向合成生物学生物安全风险评估的需求,本数据集系统整合了基因组合成领域具有争议的案例与专家风险认知调研问卷两类数据资源,旨在为相关领域的实证研究、政策分析提供结构化的数据基础。数据集涵盖2002年至今全球多个国家与地区的11项基因组合成领域具有争议的案例,以及57份来自生物技术、医药研发、安全管理与政策研究等领域专家的调研问卷。通过系统性质控流程和规范化处理,本数据集支持风险致因分析、技术-治理关联建模等多类研究场景。该资源将有助于推动合成生物学安全治理从经验判断向数据驱动转型,为构建可持续的生物安全风险评估体系提供重要支撑。
In response to the demand for biosafety risk assessment in synthetic biology, this dataset systematically integrates two types of data resources: controversial cases in the field of gene synthesis and expert questionnaires on risk perception, aiming to provide a structured data foundation for empirical research and policy analysis in relevant domains. The dataset covers 11 controversial cases in the gene synthesis field from multiple countries and regions across the globe since 2002, alongside 57 expert questionnaires sourced from professionals in disciplines including biotechnology, pharmaceutical R&D, safety management and policy research. Through systematic quality control procedures and standardized processing workflows, this dataset enables multiple research scenarios such as risk causation analysis and technology-governance correlation modeling. This resource will facilitate the transformation of synthetic biology safety governance from experience-based judgment to data-driven practices, and provide critical support for the establishment of a sustainable biosafety risk assessment system.
