transfer from sulfur to carbon atom in the presence of chiral rhodium(II)
carboxylates resulting in chiral sulfinylamidines. This unusual asymmetric
atom transfer “reduction” occurs rapidly under mild
conditions, and sulfinylamidines are obtained in excellent yield.
重氮磺酰脒(Diazo sulfonylamidines)在手性羧酸铑(II)(chiral rhodium(II) carboxylates)存在下,易于发生硫原子向碳原子的对映选择性氧转移反应,生成手性亚磺酰脒(chiral sulfinylamidines)。该非常规的不对称原子转移“还原”反应可在温和条件下快速进行,且产物亚磺酰脒可获得优异收率。
