Complete genome sequence of Lactobacillus acetotolerans NBRC 13120. Lactobacillus acetotolerans strain:NBRC 13120

Lactobacillus acetotolerans NBRC 13120 was isolated from putrefied (Hiochi) Japanese sake. Hiochi is one of the terms on manufacturing sake and is caused by hiochi bacteria. Hiochi bacteria are a species of lactobacillus, when they get into sake, sake becomes cloudy, oxidized and has offensive odor. We have determined the complete genome sequence of L. acetotolerans NBRC 13120.

乙酸耐受乳杆菌（Lactobacillus acetotolerans）NBRC 13120分离自发生酸败（Hiochi）的日本清酒。Hiochi是清酒酿造领域的专用术语，该病害由酸败菌（hiochi bacteria）引发。酸败菌属于乳杆菌属，当其侵入清酒后，会导致清酒出现浑浊、氧化并产生异味。本研究已完成乙酸耐受乳杆菌NBRC 13120的全基因组测序。
