HMDM were incubated with 30 µM MiTMAB, Dyngo-4a or Dynole-34-2 for 2 h and cellular apoE mRNA levels (A) were determined by real time PCR. CHO-apoE cells (B) were incubated with 30 µM MiTMAB, Dyngo-4a, or Dynole-34-2 for 2 h and secreted apoE levels were determined by ELISA. Data shown in (A) are mean ± SD from triplicate cultures representative of at least 2 individual donors for HMDM while panel B are mean ± SEM from 3 experiments.
