The present contribution represents the data monitored over a period of one year (from 2013-01-01 to 2013-12-31) in an office area of around 200 m2 in a university building in Vienna. Within this study, multi-aspect (thermal, visual, and equipment) data of this office area as well as external conditions were collected.本数据集收录了维也纳某大学教学楼内约200平方米办公区域在2013年1月1日至2013年12月31日期间的全年监测数据。本研究同时采集了该办公区域的多维度数据（涵盖热环境、视觉环境与设备运行数据）以及外部环境条件数据。
