Fecal microbiota - Raw sequence reads. Fecal microbiota

Using a high throughput ex vivo cultivation approach, we evaluated the response of 29 healthy adult fecal microbiota to a combination of physiologically relevant intestinal conditions. This study provides a dataset encompassing 1716 unique conditions. Fecal microbiota were cultivated for 48 h at 37C, after which the microbial community was analyzed via 16S rRNA sequencing.
