These FCS files correspond to the male data shown in Figure 6.<br>Figure 6: Lack of AHR in hematopoietic cells has differential effects on CD8+ T cell expansion in female and male offspring during IAV infection. <br>At maturity, 9-11 male or female developmentally exposed Vav1creAhrfx/fx and Ahrfx/fx offspring were infected with IAV. MLN cells were harvested and stained as described in the Methods section.

图6:造血细胞中芳香烃受体(AHR)缺失在甲型流感病毒(IAV)感染期间对雌性和雄性子代的CD8阳性T细胞扩增产生差异性影响。
