Amorphotheca resinae Transcriptome or Gene expression

Amorphotheca resinae ZN1 has been used as one biodetoxification strain applied in the lignocellulose biorefinery process. It can degrade nearly all the inhibitors from lignocellulose pretreatment. RNA-Seq of A. resinae ZN1 was analyzed under various lignocellulose derived inhibitor conditions, to identify the important genes resposible for inhibitor degradation and to construct the inhibitor degradation pathways.

树脂无定形孢囊菌ZN1（Amorphotheca resinae ZN1）已被用作木质纤维素生物炼制过程中的生物脱毒菌株之一。该菌株可降解木质纤维素预处理过程中产生的几乎全部抑制物。本研究在多种木质纤维素来源抑制物培养条件下，对ZN1菌株的RNA测序（RNA-Seq）数据进行了分析，以鉴定负责抑制物降解的关键基因，并构建相应的抑制物降解通路。
