Yeast AlaRS mutants

RNA sequencing of Saccharomyces cerevisiae wild type and alanyl-tRNA synthetase mutants grown at 30 degrees and challenged at 37 degrees Overall design: WT, AlaRS C719A and G906D mutant yeast strains were pregrown at 30 degrees, and shifted to 37 degrees for 1 or 2 hours. Cells before and after shifting to 37 degrees were collected and total RNA was prepared for Illumina sequencing

酿酒酵母（Saccharomyces cerevisiae）野生型与丙氨酰-tRNA合成酶（alanyl-tRNA synthetase）突变株在30℃培养后经37℃热激的RNA测序数据集。
总体设计：将野生型、AlaRS C719A及G906D突变酵母菌株于30℃预培养后，转移至37℃分别热激1或2小时。收集热激前后的细胞，提取总RNA并进行Illumina测序。
