Potamogeton wrightii leaf transcriptome

In order to investigate the molecular adaptive mechanisms of the amphibious plants to aquatic and terrestrial habitats, the plants of Potamogeton wrightii were cultivated in aquatic and terrestrial environments, producing submerged and aerial leaves respectively. These two types of P. wrightii leaves were sampled and their transcriptome data were acquired through RNA-sequencing.

为探究两栖植物对水生与陆生生境的分子适应机制，本研究将竹叶眼子菜（Potamogeton wrightii）植株分别置于水生、陆生环境中栽培，其分别产生沉水叶与气生叶。采集该植物的这两类叶片样本，并通过RNA测序（RNA-sequencing）获取其转录组数据。
