This dataset corresponds to a datamart produced by the WP2 team of the Landmark H2020 project. The database was developed by using a decision tree based script which determines the presence or absence of selected WRB diagnostic units (horizons, properties and materials) based on the harmonized soil profile dataset. The python-based code was developed based on the criteria defined by the World Reference Base for Soil Resources 2014 for the selected diagnostic units, by considering the difference in the information content of the input soil profile databases. Besides the presence/absence information, the code returns a percentage of reliability which provides an estimation on the reliability of the prediction of a certain diagnostic unit. The attributes are presented in the "dh_dictionary" file.

本数据集源自欧盟地平线2020(H2020)计划Landmark项目WP2(工作包2,Work Package 2)团队构建的数据集市。本数据库依托标准化土壤剖面数据集,通过基于决策树的脚本程序,对选定的世界土壤资源参比基础(World Reference Base for Soil Resources,WRB)诊断单元(包括土层、性状与物质)的存在状态进行判定。该基于Python开发的代码,依据2014版世界土壤资源参比基础针对选定诊断单元所制定的判定标准,并结合输入土壤剖面数据库的信息含量差异进行开发。除诊断单元的存在/缺失状态外,该代码还会输出可信度百分比,用以评估对应诊断单元预测结果的可靠程度。数据集的属性信息详见"dh_dictionary"文件。
