DNA合成酶活性控制的快速筛选体系数据集主要面向DNA合成酶活性控制研究及快速筛选技术需求建设。该数据集基于电泳表征测试实验产生,涵盖了蛋白、单链DNA(ssDNA)和双链DNA(dsDNA)的凝胶电泳表征数据。在数据内容方面,该数据集详细记录了不同来源的TdT酶对天然核苷酸的反应活性,以及它们对非天然核苷酸的掺入效率。这些数据是通过分析电泳图像中各个DNA条带的亮度来获得的,亮度值被用来计算核苷酸掺入效率,即掺入核苷酸之后的DNA条带亮度值除以总的DNA条带亮度值。

The dataset for the rapid screening system targeting DNA polymerase activity control was developed to address the research demands of DNA polymerase activity regulation and rapid screening technologies. Generated via electrophoresis characterization assays, this dataset includes gel electrophoresis characterization data for proteins, single-stranded DNA (ssDNA) and double-stranded DNA (dsDNA). In terms of data content, this dataset comprehensively documents the reactivity of terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase (TdT) from various sources toward natural nucleotides, as well as their incorporation efficiency for non-natural nucleotides. These data are acquired by analyzing the intensity of each DNA band within the electrophoresis images. The band intensity values are utilized to calculate the nucleotide incorporation efficiency, which is defined as the intensity of DNA bands following nucleotide incorporation divided by the total intensity of all DNA bands.
