Gene expression signatures have been used to predict the outcome of chemotherapy for breast cancer. The nucleosome footprint of cell-free DNA (cfDNA) carries gene expression information of the original tissues and thus may be used to predict the response to chemotherapy. Here we carried out the nucleosome positioning on cfDNA from breast cancer patients undergoing neoadjuvant chemotherapy.
基因表达特征(Gene expression signatures)已被应用于乳腺癌化疗预后结局的预测。无细胞DNA(cell-free DNA, cfDNA)的核小体足迹(nucleosome footprint)携带来源组织的基因表达信息,故而可用于预测化疗应答效果。本研究针对接受新辅助化疗(neoadjuvant chemotherapy)的乳腺癌患者的无细胞DNA样本,开展了核小体定位分析。
