Soil organic matter of earthworm-invaded and earthworm-free soils of the Canadian boreal forest

Soil organic matter was physically, chemically, and biologically characterized in earthworm-invaded and earthworm-free soils of the Canadian boreal forest using the following methods: pyrolysis-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, microbial necromass, soil aggregate fractionation, laboratory incubation.本研究以加拿大北方森林中受蚯蚓入侵与未受蚯蚓入侵的土壤为研究对象，采用下述方法对土壤有机质（soil organic matter）开展物理、化学及生物学表征：热解-气相色谱-质谱联用法（pyrolysis-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry）、微生物残体分析、土壤团聚体分级法与室内培养试验。
