Genomic signatures of natural selection at phenology-related genes in a widely distributed tree species Fagus sylvatica L. Fagus sylvatica

Candidate genes approach was used to detect genotype-environment (GEA) and genotype-phenotype (GPA) associations to look for genomic signatures of local adaptation of European beech to climate heterogenity across Europe.

本研究采用候选基因法（Candidate genes approach）检测基因型-环境关联（genotype-environment association, GEA）与基因型-表型关联（genotype-phenotype association, GPA），以期探寻欧洲山毛榉在欧洲范围内适应气候异质性的本地适应基因组特征。
