The positive carbon stocks - biodiversity relationship in forests: co-occurrence and drivers across five sub-climates. Ecological Applications.
2018-04-26
The following files included:
1) "table2_linear_models.csv" Cell data used to produce table 2 in the above publication. An explanation of the variable and units is included in methods section and Figure 2 of the publication.
2) "hotspots_carbon_birds_climates.csv"Cell data of hotspots and coldspots for carbon stocks and bird richness within the sub-climates studied (sub-climate delimitation, Figure S2A). Variables to compute the multinomial logistic models in table S4 are also included.
3) "hotspots_carbon_birds_regions.csv"Cell data of hotspots and coldspots for carbon stocks and bird richness within the regions studied (Figure 4A). Variables to compute the multinomial logistic models in table S4 are also included.
4) "hotspots_carbon_trees_climates.csv"Cell data of hotspots and coldspots for carbon stocks and tree richness within the sub-climates studied (sub-climate delimitation, Figure S2B).Variables to compute the multinomial logistic models in table S5 are also included.
5) "hotspots_carbon_trees_regions.csv"Cell data of hotspots and coldspots for carbon stocks and tree richness within the regions studied (Figure 4B).Variables to compute the multinomial logistic models in table S5 are also included.
6) "hotspots_carbon_overallbiodiv_climates.csv"Cell data of hotspots and coldspots for carbon stocks and overall biodiversity within the sub-climates studied (sub-climate delimitation, Figure S2C).Variables to compute the multinomial logistic models in table S6 are also included.
7) "hotspots_carbon_overallbiodiv_regions.csv"Cell data of hotspots and coldspots for carbon stocks and overall biodiversity within the regions studied (Figure 4C).Variables to compute the multinomial logistic models in table S6 are also included.
