This data set is the quicklook version of the Polar Pathfinder Daily 25 km EASE-Grid Sea Ice Motion Vectors product (https://nsidc.org/data/nsidc-0116). It contains weekly sea ice motion vectors, as well as browse images representing the weekly data. Weekly sea ice motion vectors are derived from near-real-time SSMI/S data sets, IABP buoys, and NCEP/NCAR Reanalysis forecasts.
