通过收集和分析包袋事业类销售部门在采购用品时，供货商供货相关数据，了解供货商供货质量，从而分析其质量水平，应用于为本公司的不同部门制定采购策略提供经验，为全行业评估采购质量提供经验，对于优秀等级供货商稳定合作，对于稳定等级供货商采取观察制，对于待定等级供货商减少合作，从而制定更精准的采购策略，降本增效。1.数据采集：采集包袋事业部相关采购数据。输入字段：数据编号，部门名称，采购类别，统计年，供货商名称，该供货商年内供货次数合计/次；2.数据处理：对数据进行分类、合并、累加，系统输出：S该供货商年内供货次数合计/次，F不合格/次，T改为他用/次，C挑选使用/次（其中“不合格/改为他用/挑选使用都是对供货商本批次供货的审核结果，S/F/T/C为指标的代称，评价标准为相关用品质量合格的百分比，涉及商业机密不做展示）。3.算法加工：计算供货商服务系数A，A＝（F/S·a＋T/S·b＋C/S·c）x100，其中a＝5，b＝3，c＝2，三者为权重系数，根据行业经验选取数值。A评分：划分为3个等级:0≤A≤5为优秀，5＜A≤10为稳定，10＜A为待定，输出供货商评价。对于优秀等级供货商稳定合作，对于稳定等级供货商采取观察制，对于待定等级供货商减少合作。

This dataset is developed by collecting and analyzing supplier delivery-related data from the procurement departments of the bag business division when purchasing supplies, to evaluate supplier delivery quality and analyze their overall quality level. The dataset can provide empirical support for formulating targeted procurement strategies for different departments within the company, as well as for industry-wide procurement quality assessment. By maintaining stable cooperation with excellent-grade suppliers, adopting an observation mechanism for stable-grade suppliers, and reducing cooperation with pending-grade suppliers, more precise procurement strategies can be formulated to achieve cost reduction and efficiency improvement.

1. Data Collection: Collect relevant procurement data of the bag business division. The input fields include: data ID, department name, procurement category, statistical year, supplier name, and total number of deliveries from the supplier within the year (unit: times).

2. Data Processing: Classify, merge and accumulate the collected data. The system outputs four indicators: S (total annual deliveries of the supplier), F (number of unqualified deliveries), T (number of deliveries redirected for alternative use), C (number of deliveries selected for utilization). Among them, F, T and C represent the audit results of each batch of supplies provided by the supplier, while S/F/T/C are shorthand for the indicators. The evaluation standard is the percentage of qualified supply quality, which involves trade secrets and will not be disclosed.

3. Algorithm Processing: Calculate the supplier service coefficient A, with the formula: A = (F/S·a + T/S·b + C/S·c) × 100, where a=5, b=3, c=2 are weight coefficients selected based on industry experience. The A score is divided into three grades: 0≤A≤5 for Excellent, 5<A≤10 for Stable, and 10<A for Pending, and the supplier evaluation result is output. Corresponding cooperation strategies are implemented based on the evaluation grades: maintain stable cooperation with excellent-grade suppliers, implement an observation system for stable-grade suppliers, and reduce cooperation with pending-grade suppliers.
