Mus musculus strain:Balb/c Raw sequence reads

SCID mice were treated with cFMs, compound JNJ-40346527 (CNTO), isotype control (ISO) and Vehicle. Mucosa from the middle 2/3 of the colon was harvested and isolated RNA of 42 animals were applied to sequencing.

本研究对SCID小鼠（Severe Combined Immunodeficiency mice）分别予以cFMs、化合物JNJ-40346527（CNTO）、同型对照（isotype control, ISO）及溶媒（Vehicle）处理。随后采集小鼠结肠中段2/3区域的黏膜组织，提取42只实验动物的总RNA并开展测序实验。
