Mouse neural stem cells (NSC) across five developmental stages (E15.5, E17.5, P1.5, P8 and Adult) were collected via fluorescence-activated cell sorting with CD133 and Blbp-GFP as NSC markers. The harvested NSCs were subjected to SMART-seq2 protocol and RNA-seq with both Illumina short-read and Oxford Nanopore long-read sequencing strategies.

本数据集的实验样本为小鼠神经干细胞(neural stem cell, NSC),采集自五个发育阶段:胚胎期15.5天(E15.5)、胚胎期17.5天(E17.5)、出生后1.5天(P1.5)、出生后8天(P8)以及成年期。上述细胞通过以CD133与Blbp-GFP作为神经干细胞标志物的荧光激活细胞分选技术收集获得。所收集的神经干细胞经SMART-seq2实验流程处理后,采用Illumina短读长测序与牛津纳米孔(Oxford Nanopore)长读长测序两种策略开展RNA测序(RNA-seq)。
