Synthesis of Homoallylic Amines by Hydrozirconation−Imine Addition of Allenes

Hydrozirconation of allenes followed by in situ transmetalation to dialkylzinc leads to the formation of an allylic zinc species that, upon
addition of aldimines to the reaction mixture, provides homoallylic amines in 64−85% yield.

对丙二烯实施氢锆化反应，随后经原位转金属化得到二烷基锌，可生成烯丙基锌活性物种；向反应混合液中加入醛亚胺后，即可获得收率为64%~85%的高烯丙基胺类化合物。
