Comparison between of leaves and roots of two peach clones (GF677 and Maotao) Raw sequence reads

Two peach species have different characters of roots and leaves, so, we want to explore the molecular mechanisms. In this study, the leaves and roots of two peach species were sequenced by RNA-Seq to discover some different expressed genes to explain the changes between these two tissues.

两个桃品种的根与叶具有各异的性状特征，因此本研究旨在探究其背后的分子机制。本研究通过RNA测序（RNA-Seq）对两个桃品种的叶片与根系进行测序，以筛选差异表达基因，进而阐释这两种组织间的性状差异成因。
