Cyanobacterial blooms are a major water quality issue and present a potential health risk to humans and animals by producing an array of toxic compounds. Here we have spiked a subset of cyanobacterial bloom samples spiked with Chrysosporum ovalisporum FSS-103 strain and sequenced phycocyanin-intergenic spacer (cpcBA-IGS) sequence by PacBio SMRT CCS sequence on a PacBio sequel II machine.

蓝藻水华是一类重要的水质问题,其产生的多种有毒化合物会对人类和动物构成潜在健康风险。本研究向部分蓝藻水华样本中加标了卵形孢囊棒丝藻(Chrysosporum ovalisporum)FSS-103菌株,并使用PacBio Sequel II测序仪,通过PacBio单分子实时环形一致序列(SMRT CCS)技术对藻蓝蛋白基因间隔区(cpcBA-IGS)完成了测序。
