Determine different miRNA in breast cancer

Cancer tissue and adjacent healthy tissue from three patients with breast cancer were sent for miRNA sequencing to find differential genes. All cancerous tissues were identified by the two pathologists as invasive ductal breast carcinoma, and none of the adjacent tissues were infiltrated with cancer cells.

招募3名乳腺癌患者，采集其癌组织与癌旁正常组织后送检进行miRNA测序（miRNA sequencing），以筛选差异基因。所有癌组织均经两位病理医师确诊为浸润性导管乳腺癌，且所有癌旁组织均未发生癌细胞浸润。
