We use RNA sequencing to describe transcriptional changes induced in intestinal organoids cultured in presence of retinoic signaling modulators Examination of transcriptional profiles of intestinal organoids cultured from single cells in 4 treatment conditions by single-cell RNA sequencing. Organoids generated from 2 individual mice in duplicate, extraction at 24, and 96 hours post-treatment. Sampling of ca. 5000 single cells per treatment condition and timepoint.
本研究采用RNA测序(RNA sequencing)技术,对经视黄酸信号通路调节剂处理培养的小肠类器官的诱导转录变化进行表征。本研究通过单细胞RNA测序(single-cell RNA sequencing),对由单个细胞培养得到的小肠类器官在4种处理条件下的转录谱进行分析。类器官由2只独立小鼠的样本构建并设置重复实验,分别于处理后24小时与96小时进行样本提取。每个处理条件及时间点的采样单细胞数量约为5000个。
