BACs spanning FP contigs harbouring a single gene fragment(HvMND_F/R4) and the closely related flanking markers were identified by screening a BAC library representing all clones of the minimum-tiling path of the genome-wide physical map of barley (IBSC, 2012) and were sequenced subsequently using NGS technology.
通过筛选涵盖大麦全基因组物理图谱(国际大麦测序联盟,International Barley Genome Sequencing Consortium,IBSC,2012)最小叠瓦路径全部克隆的细菌人工染色体(Bacterial Artificial Chromosome,BAC)文库,成功鉴定得到一类细菌人工染色体克隆,此类克隆跨越携带有单个基因片段(HvMND_F/R4)以及与其紧密相关侧翼标记的FP重叠群(FP contigs);后续采用下一代测序(Next-Generation Sequencing,NGS)技术对上述BAC克隆进行了测序。
