Dataset consists of two sets of data files with associated R code:<br>1a) Raw plate read data titled "final_all_plates_gabe_no_contam.csv". This file consists of all OD readings for every well for every day that readings were taken. We used R code to correct baseline zoospore OD, fit a linear regression to the OD readings over time, remove wells with low r2 values, and calculate inhibition scores<br>1b) R code to work with the "final_all_plates...csv is titled "Calculate_score_inhibit_final.R"<br>2a) The inhibition scores for each well titled "Inhibition_scores.final.csv". This is the output of the R code above. We did edit this file in excel to add a genotype column that is not in the R code<br>2b) The averages of inhibition scores used to make the heatmap figure titled "heatmap_averages_final.csv". See more details in the associated .Rmd file to see how we generated these values. <br>2c) R code to do analyses of inhibition scores and make figures titled "Publish_Bac_Temp_BdBsal.Rmd"<br>2d) The knitted .Rmd file titled "Publish_Bac_Temp_BdBsal.html"
