Black pepper rhizosphere microbiome Raw sequence reads

The biodiversity of the black pepper rhizosphere is a source of economically relevant microbial biocontrol agents that, if properly understood, can be used to improve black pepper pathogen suppression. However, the characterization of this system is poor in Vietnam, where most black pepper is grown. Here, we evaluated black pepper rhizosphere bacterial communities, from healthy and unhealthy orchards in two Vietnamese provinces for the detection of biomarkers and keystone species indicative of plant health status.

黑胡椒根际（rhizosphere）的生物多样性蕴含着具有经济应用价值的微生物生物防治剂（microbial biocontrol agents），若能对其进行充分解析，便可用于增强黑胡椒的病原菌抑制效果。然而，作为全球黑胡椒主产区的越南，针对该微生态系统的表征研究仍较为匮乏。本研究针对越南两个省份的健康与染病黑胡椒种植园的根际细菌群落展开调研分析，旨在筛选可指示植株健康状态的生物标志物（biomarkers）与关键物种（keystone species）。
