Pityopsis_cp_aln-MAUVE

Whole chloroplast genomes (after removal of the second inverted region) from the genus <i>Pityopsis</i> were aligned using MAUVE , to use for phylogenetic tree construction. <i>Pityopsis</i> (Asteraceae) has 12 taxon, although disputes are ongoing regarding which taxa are separate species. <i>Helianthus annuus </i>(Asteraceae) was included in the alignment to use as an outgroup.

针对松叶菊属（Pityopsis）的完整叶绿体基因组（已移除第二个反向重复区域），采用MAUVE软件完成序列比对，以用于系统发育树构建。该属隶属于菊科（Asteraceae），目前包含12个分类群，但关于其中哪些类群应被认定为独立物种的争议仍在持续。本次比对同时纳入菊科的向日葵（Helianthus annuus）作为外类群。
