Seasonal responses of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi community to nitrogen additions

A field simulating experiment with five nitrogen addition levels was conducted in a 9-year-old poplar plantation in Dongtai Forest Farm, Jiangsu. After six years of continuous nitrogen additions, the dynamic changes of AMF community diversity and composition in four seasons (spring, summer, autumn and winter) were examined.

本研究于江苏省东台林场的9年生杨树人工林内开展了设置5个氮添加梯度的野外模拟试验。经过6年连续氮添加处理后，本研究对春、夏、秋、冬四个季节下丛枝菌根真菌（Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi，AMF）群落的多样性与组成的动态变化进行了测定。
