Gene expression analysis of epidermis of skin equivalent model by treatment of BIPBIPU and CGS27023A. Homo sapiens

Increase of differentiation markers and barrier function in response to BIPBIPU and CGS27023A Gene expression in epidermis of skin equivalent model was measured by treatment of BIPBIPU, CGS27023A, BIPBIPU and CGS27023A and control. Four independent experiments were performed at Day 4. Overall design: Total 16 samples are analyzed. (control sample;4 samples, treatment of BIPBIPU;4 samples, treatment of CGS27023A; 4 samples, treatment of BIPBIPU and CGS27023A; 4 samples)

本数据集旨在探究BIPBIPU与CGS27023A处理对分化标志物表达及屏障功能的增强效应。本研究以皮肤等效模型（skin equivalent model）的表皮为研究对象，设置对照组、BIPBIPU处理组、CGS27023A处理组以及二者联合处理组四种干预方式，检测其基因表达水平。实验于第4天开展，共完成4次独立重复实验。实验整体设计：共分析16份样本，其中对照组4份、BIPBIPU处理组4份、CGS27023A处理组4份、BIPBIPU与CGS27023A联合处理组4份。
