To investigate the role of DNMT3A in AITL, single cell RNA-seq (scRNA-seq) is performed to analysis the lymph nodes generated from the control, RHOAG17V and RHOAG17V DNMT3AR882H AITL mice. The mitoQC maps shows the distributions of unique gene detected and mitochondrial genes detected in each single cell. After the quality control, a total of 23,805 cells (7576 of control, 7913 of RHOAG17V and 8316 of RHOAG17V DNMT3AR882H) are used for clustering and further analyzing Overall design: single-cell RNA-seq This record includes re-analysis of all samples in GSE197188.
