海南省1：400万县级行政区划数据集（1994年）包括海南省1994年县级行政区划数据和县级行政驻地点数据。县级行政区划数据包括了县级行政单元的名称、拼音、行政区划代码、变迁情况等信息；驻地点数据包括县级行政单元驻地的位置信息，驻地的级别、变迁情况等信息。
Hainan Province 1:4,000,000 County-level Administrative Divisions Dataset (1994) comprises two constituent datasets: the 1994 county-level administrative division data of Hainan Province, and the county-level administrative resident point data. The county-level administrative division data contains detailed information including the name, pinyin, administrative division code, and historical changes of each county-level administrative unit. The resident point data encompasses the geographic location of the residences of county-level administrative units, along with the hierarchical level of the resident locations and their historical changes.
