Research data for RH studies in the Hengduan Mountains

This dataset was produced to elucidate region-specific and geographically driven changes in relative humidity in the Hengduan Mountains. Expert knowledge of regional geographically driven change is still limited. To improve the understanding of the mechanism of RH formation in the Hengduan Mountains of China, we conducted this study. RH data are derived from ERA5 reanalysis and MODIS total precipitable vapor products. The spatiotemporal distribution of high RH can be analyzed at regional and local scales, with a particular focus on the effects of monsoon-induced effects.本数据集旨在阐明横断山区相对湿度（Relative Humidity，RH）的区域特异性变化与地理驱动机制。目前学界对该区域地理驱动的区域变化的专业认知仍较为匮乏。为深化对中国横断山区相对湿度形成机制的理解，本研究开展了相关工作。本数据集所用相对湿度数据源自ERA5再分析资料与MODIS总可降水量产品。本研究可在区域及局地尺度上分析高相对湿度的时空分布特征，重点聚焦季风诱导作用的影响效应。
