Mycobacterium tuberculosis strain:Homo sapien Genome sequencing

Mycobacterium tuberculosis isolates were cultured from TB patients in Armed Forces Institute of Pathology (AFIP), Rawalpindi, Pakistan, following institutional SOPs. Nine samples were sent for whole genome sequencing, five of these were resistant to two or more antibiotics, while four were sensitive to the antibiotics.

结核分枝杆菌（Mycobacterium tuberculosis）分离株从巴基斯坦拉瓦尔品第武装部队病理学研究所（Armed Forces Institute of Pathology, AFIP）的结核病患者体内分离培养获得，所有实验操作均遵循该机构的标准操作程序（Standard Operating Procedures, SOP）。共计9株样本被送往开展全基因组测序（whole genome sequencing），其中5株对两种及以上抗生素表现出耐药性，剩余4株对抗生素敏感。
