Dataset of seasonal floodplain subsoil in forest, pasture, and cropland

These data are from a field study in the Saint Pierre Lake floodplain, QC, Canada investigating how seasonal flooding impacts soil depth-dependent trends and subsoil organic matter persistence. Soils were collected from a forest, pasture and a cropland. The data includes biogeochemical variables, microbial variables, and pyrolysis-gas chromatography/mass spectrometry data.
