Stroke Excel Sheet Data

We looked back at 271 stroke patients at our hospital to see if there were any differences between men and women. We found that women were generally older and had more disability before their stroke. Younger women (aged 31–60) tended to have more severe strokes than men in the same age group. Overall, recovery after stroke was pretty similar for both sexes, but women were a bit more likely to be considered for early palliative care. Our results suggest it’s important to keep sex differences in mind when treating stroke patients

本研究回顾性分析了我院271名脑卒中（stroke）患者，旨在探究男女患者间是否存在临床差异。研究发现，女性患者的平均年龄更高，且脑卒中前的残疾程度更为严重；年龄介于31至60岁的青年女性，其脑卒中严重程度往往高于同年龄段男性患者。整体而言，两性患者的脑卒中后康复效果大体相似，但女性患者更有可能被纳入早期姑息治疗的考量范围。本研究结果提示，在脑卒中患者的诊疗工作中，需充分重视性别差异的影响。
