为探究稻瘟病菌(Magnaporthe oryzae)中Momet2的功能,我们构建了Momet2突变体。为解析MoMET2依赖型5-甲基胞嘧啶(5mC)在转录水平对基因表达的调控效应,我们以野生型菌株Guy11与ΔMomet2菌丝体样本为实验材料,开展了比较转录组分析。整体实验设计:针对野生型Guy11与Momet2突变体菌丝体的RNA测序(RNA-seq)数据开展基因表达谱比较分析。
